Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and recommend products based on their needs and preferences
• Manage the complete sales experience, including before- and after-sales service
• Build positive customer relationships and support the team in achieving sales targets
• Maintain product displays, stock areas, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
• Learn new collections and product features to provide accurate recommendations
• Work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded, energetic, friendly, and comfortable working toward sales targets
• English or Chinese communication skills are an advantage
• Able to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
• Available to work six days per week, with rotating days off
