We’re Hiring: Senior Recruiter - Asia Pacific

Are you passionate about finding and attracting top talent across Asia Pacific markets? Play a key role in shaping our workforce across multiple geographies as part of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various countries in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: strategic meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources across Asia Pacific countries
• Drive candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and platforms
• Employer branding to promote the company as a great place to work
• Guide interview debriefs and selection decisions
• Conduct offer analysis and support negotiations across countries
• Implement standardized recruiting strategy in the region
• Deliver cost-effective, timely, and high-quality hiring results

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a regional or multi-country setup (e.g., Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia)
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience with employer or talent branding to drive talent attraction
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
