Assistant Logistics Coordinator

Scope of Work

• Work with Logistics Coordinator to create, consolidate & file Cargo Manifest & Shipping Invoice and all documents required for customs formalities, specifically for Drilling Cargo (2 Rigs operation).
• Coordinate with Company Expeditor, User, Freezone Operator, Freight Forwarder, and Contractors to trace & track inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Support daily logistics operations at Songkhla Supply Base to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarder function, i.e., creating shipping invoices and packing lists.
• Well understand import & export processes, especially for Freezone / Bonded Warehouse regulations.
• Detail-oriented, with strong time management, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Harmonious working relationship with User, Contractor, Freight Forwarders, and any concerned parties to ensure effective management of Company Logistics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse and Material Management.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
