Forming Technician

Job Summary

• Control the operation of the IS Machine to ensure bottle production meets the target.
• Ensure product quality and characteristics meet the standards specified by the customer.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor to achieve the defined objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production efficiency standards, with production yield exceeding company's target.
• Resolve defects occurring during each production run, based on information provided by QC.
• Change the mold, inspect the condition and temperature of the mold used for forming to ensure it remains within the control limits as specified.
• Check defects recorded in the IQ Scan system and inspect hot bottle quality every 60 minutes.
• Report any abnormalities during production in the Daily Production Record.
• Clean machinery and work areas thoroughly before the end of the shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
