Responsibilities

• Supervise daily building operations and maintenance activities
• Monitor building performance and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Ensure contractors comply with building regulations and safety requirements
• Verify work quality and completion before acceptance
