About the Role
The Role: Partnerships Associate. The Associate will report directly to the Head of Partnerships and play a key role in supporting actions, strategies, and systems for cultivating a donor pipeline to raise THB 70m annually and increase the annual target by 10% to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Account Management & Partnership Engagement Support: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; escalate, track, and resolve key account issues; deliver and execute partnership strategy to secure financial and in-kind resources; engage current partners through events and creative levers; engage and inspire prospects and advocates; process cash receipt forms for pledges and gifts in a timely manner; maintain systems, trackers and databases to monitor progress; draft donor-related communications such as thank you letters, email correspondence, donor reports, and donor histories for network partners.
- Research and Meeting Preparation: Conduct in-depth analysis of new and existing donors to inform strategy; create strategic meeting briefs with objectives, asks, angles and donor history that anticipate potential questions and responses; prepare high-level landscape analysis to build the fundraising pipeline, identify alignment between our work and donor interests, and recommend concrete next steps.
- Proposal and Report Development: Prepare partnership proposals and materials including partnership agreements and MOUs; ensure partnership terms are well-defined, mutually beneficial and legally compliant; develop annual or quarterly reports for donors.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in fundraising, partnerships management, or business development for B2B and B2G.
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment with experience achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple priorities to deliver results within deadlines.
- Relentlessly curious and committed to growth; actively seeks feedback and improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain high-stake relationships.
- Vision and values-driven: embody Teach for Thailand’s core values — Mission Comes First, Grow Together, Sense of Possibility, and Act Like an Owner.
- Bilingual communicator: fluent in Thai (written and spoken) and possess strong English proficiency.
