About the Role

The Data Intelligence team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, complex data warehouse architectures; lead the sourcing of new data streams and ensure infrastructure is scalable and resilient.
• Build and monitor robust ETL/ELT pipelines; drive automation of data solutions to minimize manual intervention and ensure "always-on" data availability for the entire logistics chain.
• Ensure high data quality and governance standards (Data QA) across all pipelines, aligning with strategic network goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence roles.
• Expert-level SQL is mandatory, complemented by experience in PrestoSQL and SparkSQL; comfortable writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing large datasets.
• Experience with modern Data Warehouse technologies and ETL tools (e.g., Hive, Airflow, StarRock, ClickHouse).
• Good structural thinker and detail oriented.
• Satisfactory understanding in English.
• Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-changing environment.
