Technical Solutions Manager

About the Role

My client is seeking a Technical Solution Manager to support their growing solar and battery business in Thailand. In this role, you will work closely with sales, partners, and internal engineering teams to provide high-quality technical guidance, solution designs, and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process to support customer engagement.
• Prepare and deliver product, system, and solution presentations based on customer requirements.
• Respond professionally to technical enquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design solar PV and battery solutions.
• Create system configurations, technical specifications, and proposal documentation.
• Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical training sessions for customers, installers, and distributors.
• Educate stakeholders on product features, system benefits, and best-practice installation guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, technical support, or solution engineering within the solar PV or BESS sector.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Experienced in preparing technical proposals, system designs, and solution documentation.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers and partners.
