Technician (Egco Building)

Technician Responsibilities

• Control systems & equipments installed area the building.
• Make the Preventive Maintenance.
• Make a checklist as assigned for the building engineering service & Senior Technician.
• Keep cleaning & maintain the security for work.
• Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.
• Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.
• Monitor sub-contractors’ job for building’s security purpose.
• Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
• Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to provide the necessary services e.g. security or cleaning services.
• Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
• Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.

Qualification

• Male
• Vocational Level or higher
• Hard-working and patient
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
