Fixed Asset Assistant Manager

About the Company

TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for the Fixed Asset Assistant Manager to join with us.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing process to ensure to meet the timeline.
• Analysis Fixed assets cost, Accumulated Depreciation and Depreciation of each month.
• Verify the correctness and completeness of preparing the account reconciliations.
• Solve basic problems related to accrual Fixed Asset, long outstanding transactions, and other related problems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Fixed Assets.
• Prepare Fixed Assets monthly report and perform physical count of fixed assets.
• Any other ad-hoc financial-related reporting as assigned by Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's Degree in accounting Field.
• Working experience in Consolidate and Fixed Asset Function at least 5 years.
• Working experience in a Public Company Limited (PCL) with various overseas subsidiaries is preferable.
• SAP (S4 HANA) experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English.
