About the Role

Under close supervision, performs routine aspects of engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to prescribed techniques and procedures to complete project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic design and engineering calculations in compliance with applicable standards and company procedures for concrete and structural steel structures.
• Prepare basic design sketches and coordinate with technicians to produce design drawings.
• Coordinate with the project team to complete work assignments and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Management Responsibilities

• Individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a program recognized by the Council of Engineers, Thailand (or equivalent accredited program).
• Possess or in process of obtaining an associate engineer license.
• Experience less than a year; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Organizing and coordination skills.
• Conversant with MS Office and AutoCAD/MicroStation.
• Familiarity with structural analysis/design software (e.g., RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, SAP2000) and international codes (ASCE, AISC, Eurocodes) is an advantage.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements which may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, as applicable.

Skills

• MS Office and Excel competency.
• CAD drafting using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Structural analysis/design software (RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, SAP2000).
• Knowledge of international design codes: ASCE, AISC, Eurocodes.
