Account Receivable Officer (Laguna Holiday Club)

Position Specific Requirements:

• Prepare official receipt/Invoice and confirm the details to members
• Closing Month End and year end of all AR
• To Collect payment as due date and follow up overdue payments both Thai & Foreign member by calls and email
• To receive payment of member both credit card and bank transfer into the system to be on time and accuracy
• To prepare Reminder Letter : Club due
• To prepare Refund letter
• To respond and advice email to members
• Prepare the payment to owner and other supplier

Position Specific Skills:

• Prior experience in skill account
• Excellent Microsoft excel
• Working under pressure
• Communicate by call and email to Thai & Foreign members
