Senior Facility Engineer (Energy management)

Role Purpose

Ensure effective energy management governance and legal compliance as the Senior Designated Energy Manager. Drive sustainable energy saving and continuous improvement in energy performance. Support efficient, reliable, and compliant plant operations through optimized utilities and facilities energy use.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as the Senior Designated Energy Manager in accordance with legal requirements
• Manage and improve company energy saving and energy management programs
• Monitor, analyze, and report energy consumption and performance indicators
• Identify and implement energy efficiency improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with the Energy Conservation Act, EHS regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and authorities related to energy management activities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in energy management in an industrial environment

• Knowledge of industrial energy systems and energy conservation principles
• Understanding of EHS and statutory compliance requirements
• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with external parties
