3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy digital manufacturing (DMO/KSR) platforms across production and utility processes
• Implement system modules including QMS, Start-up, Operation, Shutdown, and Center lining
• Define and configure parameters for automatic real-time data capture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing systems with MES and SAP environments
• Master in the manufacturing P&ID and control to partnering with production to simply visible to operators and supervisors
• Develop and maintain production dashboards to provide daily operational insights and performance tracking
• Enable data-driven decision-making through clear visualization and reporting of KPIs
• Design and deliver training programs for DMO & other application modules to production, quality, and engineering teams
• Conduct training to improve usability, standard practices, and system adoption
