About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate to join our Campaign Solution team to support a large-scale campaign system migration project during a defined transition period.

This role focuses on supporting the migration of campaigns and lead data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity throughout the transition. You will work closely with internal teams to validate data, support migration activities, and help maintain campaign execution while systems are being transformed.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of campaigns and lead data from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness during migration.
• Check campaign structure, data mapping, and logic to ensure compatibility with new systems.
• Validate campaign and lead data (e.g. campaign code, target group, channel, consent, and data mapping).
• Perform data checks before and after migration to ensure consistency across systems.
• Identify and escalate data issues to minimize operational impact.
• Support campaign setup and execution during migration period to ensure continuity.
• Assist in preparing campaign data for deployment across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth campaign operations during transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including scripting, data manipulation, and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of data structures, database concepts, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with database management and data processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience in SQL and data-related tasks (internship or full-time) is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient SQL queries and data logic.
• Understanding of banking business or campaign operations is an advantage.
