Responsibilities

• Control systems & equipment installed across the building.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete checklists as assigned by the Engineer and Senior Technician.
• Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants.
• Fully inspect all electrical, pneumatic climate controls and valves.
• Keep detailed records of chiller consumption and air-conditioning system temperatures.
• Provide electrical and telephone system support for exhibitions.
• Be prepared for emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
• New graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and building systems in high-rise buildings.
• Electrical license is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and good interpersonal skills.
• Available to work in shifts.
