Position: Investments (M&A) — Level: Department Manager
Location: Bangkok, SM Tower Building
Company: Thai Union Group PCL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses for and support the execution of selected strategic projects, including business performance improvement, growth strategies, acquisitions in new markets.
• Conduct extensive analysis on potential investments, including in-depth financial modeling.
• Manage the due diligence process, including overseeing commercial, accounting, tax, and legal diligence advisors.
• Assist with the development, monitoring and reporting of operational initiatives of portfolio assets.
• Draft and present oral and written materials to management.
• Provide analytical support and research to assess performance of the OpCos versus agreed strategy.
• Provide Executive support to facilitate efficient decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of professional experience within corporate finance; mandatory experience within investment banking, private equity or in-house M&A roles.
• Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis.
• Superior analytical and financial modeling skills, and a solid grasp of financial concepts.
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Strong English language skills mandatory.
