Location: Bangkok, TH. Service Line / Portfolios: Engineering, AI & Data. Onsite, Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, design, develop, and deliver assigned backend features.
• Fix issues and add unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to backend team initiatives, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Support project decision-making with technical solutions and lead technology updates within the backend team.
• Improve processes, automation, system quality, speed, and maintainability.
• Review pull requests, mentor peers, and participate in hiring activities (review assignments and interviews).
• Collaborate with squads to meet project and client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and engineering best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and quality-driven.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; growth mindset and passion for improving code and processes; interest in mentoring and elevating team capability.
