About the Role
At Essity, we're looking for a Logistics & Demand Coordinator to help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time while supporting an excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing product availability, coordinating logistics operations, and supporting demand planning activities. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners, you'll help drive efficient operations and improve forecasting accuracy to support business growth.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth product flow and on-time availability
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to address stock-related issues
- Manage logistics service providers and warehouse partners through KPI monitoring and performance reviews
- Support distribution cost control, invoice verification, and master data maintenance in SAP
- Analyze customer service issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain demand planning data and forecast assumptions in SAP
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify trends and gaps, and recommend improvements
- Facilitate the monthly Demand S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
Who You Are
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and forecasting processes
- Experience with SAP or planning systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
