Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of health pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable pricing of health products
• Conduct thorough actuarial analysis and modeling to support pricing decisions
• Collaborate with H&P and product solution teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Continuously improve pricing models and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency, including providing mentorship and guidance to junior actuaries
• Manage the approval process for product launches, including obtaining necessary approvals from OIC and GPAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• ASA or continues professional education through taking and passing actuarial exams is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in health insurance pricing or related actuarial field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in actuarial software and tools (e.g., SQL, Prophet, Excel, AI)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of health insurance regulations and market dynamics
