About the Role

Position: Director of Technology
Location: Thailand
Our Director of Technology is responsible for leading Customer Experience Platform, Technology, Data and Delivery teams and their deployment in designing, building and operating client solutions. This position ensures solution architecture, seamless system integration, and collaboration with client stakeholders while guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role partners closely with the Managing Director and Business Leads to drive technology and data business opportunities and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that address strategic business needs.
• Define solution architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide actionable recommendations for adoption.
• Collaborate with key clients and vendors to identify and prioritize requirements and translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
• Effectively communicate solution options, impacts, and benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle, from estimation through development to deployment, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; ensure solutions meet agreed service levels and client satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise platforms and applications and drive system and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and champion continuous improvement practices.
• Build and nurture relationships with partner networks, drive lead qualification and revenue generation, and proactively engage in lead generation, pipeline building, and account-based marketing in collaboration with client engagement teams.
• Ensure solutions adhere to IT governance frameworks, maintain compliance with data protection regulations, industry standards, and security protocols.
• Optimize team structure and processes, identify and develop top-performing team members, foster a positive solutions-oriented culture, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Partner with client engagement and business leads to identify and acquire new business opportunities, develop sales proposals and pitch presentations, and build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT solution design, architecture, or enterprise system leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects and transformations in complex organizations.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ members, including direct and indirect reports.
• Demonstrated success in marketing agencies, consultancies, or technology product companies, including pitching, responding to RFI/RFPs, and driving sales and growth.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in enterprise platforms (e.g. CXP, CMS, CRM, Loyalty & Commerce use cases).
• Proficiency in solution architecture methodologies and integration frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and data governance.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business and engage with stakeholders across all levels, including CMOs and COOs.
