Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to trained standard procedures to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Recommending products and promotional programs to customers correctly to increase sales.
• Asking for and listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Inviting customers to return for future visits with sincerity.

Checking and Delivering Products

• Checking food quality to ensure it meets standards before serving to customers every time.
• Delivering food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Maintaining the responsible area to be clean and tidy, with complete equipment ready for service at all times.
• Maintaining personal dress code and hygiene to company standards.
• Strictly adhering to the company's safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly adhering to company rules and regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Qualifications

Education

Junior High School (Matthayom 3) or equivalent, higher is a plus.

Experience

No experience required (experience in customer service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good-natured.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week) including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
