About the Role

MEGMEET — On-site field technical support role providing assistance to overseas clients on product application, commissioning and troubleshooting. Position requires business travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to overseas clients, assisting in resolving product application issues, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to drive the closure of client issues.
• Collect client requirements and market information, and provide feedback on product improvement suggestions.
• Maintain client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; related majors in science and engineering (power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, etc.) are preferred.
• Possess circuit analysis and troubleshooting skills, capable of independently handling on-site client issues.
• Good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Proficient in using testing equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and electronic loads.
• Willingness to business travel.
