About the Role

Project Manager – Insurance Technology (Hybrid)
Location: Yan Nawa, Bangkok
This role leads high-impact initiatives across the insurance ecosystem including Core Systems, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration and Customer Experience platforms. Hybrid role with responsibility for enterprise-level digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Manage project timelines, resources, quality assurance, and deliverables; report to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively and make strategic decisions early in the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate digital solutions across the insurance ecosystem, including third-party and InsurTech platforms.
• Drive operational excellence with focus on cost, quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in system implementation, project management, or business process development in insurance or financial services.
• Strong IT skills, including SQL and HTML.
• Understanding of CRM, sales, service operations, and marketing.
• Business acumen across industries with deep knowledge of insurance and related ecosystems (HealthTech, FinTech, RegTech).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Thai nationality required.
