About the Role

Position: VP Marketing Activation (งาน Sustainability)
Department: Marketing Activation

Responsibilities

• Be a sustainability trusted partner and focal point, collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to drive and improve ESG performance across the organization; focus on areas such as financial inclusion and human rights, managed in accordance with internationally and nationally recognized standards and frameworks including IFRS S reporting standards and ESG benchmarking criteria. (weight 60%)
• Contribute to strategic planning and integrated ESG initiatives, ensuring corporate ESG risks and opportunities are identified, managed, and aligned with the national context; monitor and track progress against annual roadmaps and strategic project milestones to meet corporate targets and support national agendas including LCC, NDC, NAP, and BoT sustainability programs. (weight 25%)
• Oversee sustainability-related communications to ensure alignment with core business objectives and appropriate tailoring to target audiences; proactively identify and mitigate reputational risks to protect and strengthen corporate reputation. (weight 15%)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Risk, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Strong background and track record on ESG journey, strategic planning, proposing projects or pitching, or related experience.
• Ability to balance business objectives and ESG-driven goals and demonstrate optimisation for ESG integration.
• Understanding of sustainable finance frameworks, green taxonomy, and transition finance principles (including familiarity with IFRS S and ESG benchmarking).
• Experience working in large corporations, listed companies, financial institutions, or multinational organisations is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
