What you will do

Join the ExxonMobil IT Trading Team — where OpenJVS engineering meets modern cloud-native web development. Build, support, and evolve mission-critical trading platforms alongside a world-class global team. As an Endur Support/System Analyst in our IT department, you will work collaboratively within an Agile team to:

Key Responsibilities

• Support & maintain the Endur (OpenLink) trading platform — troubleshoot, optimize, and keep the lights on for global users
• Develop & extend Endur functionality using OpenJVS within the Eclipse IDE
• Operate on AWS — support Endur infrastructure and integrations hosted in the AWS cloud
• Build non-Endur web applications using .NET MVC, hosted on Azure
• Manage Azure infrastructure for web services — deployments, scaling, and reliability
• Partner with a global team — collaborate across regions with clear, confident communication
• Leverage AI tooling — use GitHub Copilot and modern AI assistants to accelerate delivery and quality
• Own problem-solving end-to-end — work independently while supporting a distributed, global user base

About you

Must-Have Qualifications - The essentials to thrive in this role

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong Java development experience
• Solid C# / .NET MVC web development skills
• Practical experience deploying and managing web services on Azure
• Working knowledge of AWS-hosted application environments
• Comfortable using GitHub Copilot and AI tools in daily engineering workflows
• Fluent in English: TOEIC 750+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+

Soft skills:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team across time zones
• Strong, positive mindset — self-driven, able to work independently with global users
