About the Company

CCIS is the CMA CGM inland services network. It includes activities of empty containers depots, M&R and container trading, container transformation, container freight stations, logistics platforms and inland transportation services.

CCIS est le réseau de services inland de CMA CGM. Il regroupe les activités de gestion des dépôts de conteneurs vides, de maintenance et réparation (M&R), de négoce de conteneurs, de transformation de conteneurs, de stations de fret conteneurisé, de plateformes logistiques ainsi que de services de transport terrestre.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Head of CCIS, the main mission is to participate in the structuration and deployment of the procurement policy within the CCIS global network to ensure processes, quality and sustainability are properly implemented and followed up.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Global de CCIS, la mission principale consiste à participer à la structuration de la politique Achats au sein du réseau mondial CCIS, avec pour objectifs de garantir la mise en œuvre et le suivi des processus, de la qualité et des engagements en matière de développement durable.

Responsibilities

• Work in line with Process and Transversal stakeholders and in close cooperation with the Procurement Project Manager and Group Procurement support.
• Implement and deploy procurement policy (way to buy, rules of governance, procedures).
• Manage supplier qualification (compliance with Loi Sapin II / supplier qualification process).
• Participate actively in Procurement IT tool projects and related activities.
• Analyze annual spend of entities and produce related reports.
• Communicate on the procurement policy and provide updates when requested.
• Animate the procurement network and develop synergies with Group entities.

Stakeholders

• Global Head of CCIS and Procurement Project Manager (Head Office).
• Group Purchase department support teams (infrastructures, mobile equipment, spare parts and consumables).
• CCIS Performance and Project Managers, CCIS Financial Management and CCIS IT.
• Local CMA CGM & CCIS management in countries, clusters and regional offices within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Purchasing or Business School diploma; first experience in supplier qualification and procurement processes.
• Knowledge or experience in transport and logistics is an advantage for international sourcing.
• Fluent in English; comfortable with IT tools; interest in working in a challenging international environment.
• Excellent communication, persistence, analytical mindset, process-oriented and team spirit.
• Titulaire d’un Master spécialisé en Achats ou diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce, avec une première expérience en qualification fournisseurs et gestion des processus Achats.
