Senior Engineer Resource Planning

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Perform Investment and Manpower (Headcount) planning, monitoring and controlling in Front End (FE) and Back End (BE) operation.
• Be responsible for resource planning with readiness to support product transfer and capacity ramp up in Thailand manufacturing site.
• Drive and manage for investment and headcount planning with accuracy and optimization under cross-functional teams collaboration.
• Data analysis with automated tool such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and Statistics with IE tools for productivity improvement in routine report and project tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing field, Electronic or Semiconductor industry is preferable.
• Advance in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point). Basic experience in Tableau, Power BI or Power Query is preferable.
• Good communicate in English.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder.
• Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision.
