Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests and associated tools.
• The stakeholders are asking for device samples, the configuration and customization of security products or key generation for encryption and decryption as well as access protection for new products.
• Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products.
• Develop strategies, processes and write code to automate workflows and create templates.
• Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data.
• Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure.
• Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards.
• Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and manage their permissions and roles.
• Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures.
• Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical information, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting and programming (e.g., Powershell, C++).
• IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
• Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement methods.
• Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks
• Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, proactive, problem solving, independent and reliable work style, willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
