Strategic Business Development Intern

About the Role

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across APAC markets.
• Support regional business strategy and growth projects.
• Analyze and consolidate business data to generate actionable insights and reports.
• Assist in developing business cases, presentations, and strategic proposals.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI applications.
• Support AI initiatives through use-case identification, testing, and implementation of digital tools.
• Prepare management presentations, workshop materials, and project documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and IT to support business and transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Keen interest in business development, market intelligence, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Basic exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analytics technologies (e.g., Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional APAC language skills are beneficial.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic international business environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
