Senior Project Manager (IT Healthcare Project)

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in building healthcare ecosystems through partnership with leading institutions. You are tasked to lead project execution and coordinate with key stakeholders in order to successfully set up a newly established business and its ongoing business operations. This position provides direct exposure to senior executives from top organizations and offers the unique opportunity to work on innovative, high-risk ventures, all while enjoying the stability and security of being part of Bangkok Bank.

Responsibilities

• Drive project initiatives from planning through execution to ensure alignment with defined business objectives and timelines.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder governance involving healthcare institutions and academic partners to ensure smooth collaboration and decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing direction, prioritization, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Support the establishment and scaling of business operations, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong maturity, a high sense of responsibility, and the agility to perform effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management, particularly with senior executives.
• Strong leadership capability, excellent communication and strong problem-solving skill
• Excellent Thai and English communication skills (reading/writing) and ability to work with formal document
• Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen
• (Bonus) Experience in healthcare, hospital, or health-related business environments.
