Tax Management Assistant Manager

Key Responsibility:

• Deal with tax authority to get the pending tax refund on the irregular case for CIT, VAT and other types of tax
• Perform the lax planning for AEON and affiliates to mitigate the relevant tax risks that might occur
• Review all tax submission (including additional tax submission) for CIT, VAT, WHT: SBT, SD under AEON and affiliates
• Coordinate with IT. and related parties to Implement several tax projects e.g. E-Duty Stamp, Host-to-Host, Corporate card customer
• Give the tax advice on any tax related matters
• Be a key contact person with RD and external consultant
• Coordinate with IT and related parties lo implement several tax projects
• Give the tax advice on any tax related matters and also be a key contact person with RD and external consultant
• Submit E-Tax Invoice to RD within the timeline
• Support for any tax documentation e.g. renewal of POA, renewal of Engagement Letter, Quotation from vendors for tax
