Responsibilities

• Edit and create scroll-stopping video ads and branded content using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with strategists and creators to translate creative briefs into high-performance ads
• Edit, style, and structure videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
• Work with AI-generated content and traditional footage to create compelling narratives

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes content convert in under 30 seconds
• Experience editing for social media platforms and paid ads
• Can move quickly, iterate on feedback, and self-manage in a remote environment
• Bonus: experience editing for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Ads, or UGC-style formats
• Bonus: worked with agencies, creative studios, or in-house content teams
• Bonus: curious about AI tools and willing to integrate them into your workflow
