Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end: strategy, brief, execution and performance measurement.
• Create and iterate content, channels and creatives for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.
• Structure, manage and grow local communities across social channels to increase reach, engagement and conversion.
• Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to drive positive engagement.
• Identify and develop new community-building avenues; manage KOLs/affiliates and partnerships.
• Design and implement incentive programs to promote engagement and growth.
• Coordinate cross-department cooperation with Angels and Binance teams (BD, Marketing), including lead collection, market research and data requests.
• Plan and execute online and offline events; manage budgeting, invoicing, vendor liaison and negotiation for event and program finances.

Qualifications

• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• 2+ years launching community initiatives (building online forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters, managing social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• 1+ year experience managing online/offline events and engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community when needed.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and strong time management.
