Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Customer Services Department is an important engine part to support our business. The role of the Customer Services Representative is mainly to provide a beyond expectation services to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer to meet their sales order, including customer requirements and expectations
• Coordinate with overseas customers for exporting activities to satisfy their requirements
• Involve directly in relationship building and maintaining with customers and suppliers
• Create and maintain customer database for analysis and planning
• Proceed order management including sales order creation, invoicing, delivery scheduling and CN/DN issuance or product replacement in a cost-effective manner
• Be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and any document
• Participate in and comply with all relevant QHSE legal and other requirements related to customers, suppliers and contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration/customer services in a related industry
• Experience coordinating with shipping, cargo or logistics businesses preferred
• Good command of English (writing, speaking and reading)
• Computer literate; experience in JDE is an added advantage
