Global Enterprise Application Manager

About the Role

Location: Bangkok, Thailand. Work Arrangement: Hybrid.

We are looking for a Global Enterprise Applications Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of critical corporate applications that support our global business operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business engagement, governance, and vendor management. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key business applications while partnering closely with stakeholders, application owners, architects, and external service providers. A key platform within the portfolio is OneStream or similar financial consolidation and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of corporate applications, including financial reporting, consolidation, ERP, billing, and related business systems.
• Oversee application environments, deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and release activities.
• Ensure applications remain secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain understanding of application architecture, integrations, data flows, APIs, and dependencies.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical business applications; lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and escalation frameworks.
• Establish and maintain application governance frameworks and controls; ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and IT General Controls.
• Oversee user access management, segregation of duties, and periodic access reviews to support controlled and auditable change management practices.
• Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and application service providers; manage third-party vendors against agreed service levels and contractual commitments.
• Lead governance meetings, performance reviews, translate business needs into technology requirements, and define delivery priorities and roadmaps for application optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL principles; ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers and proven ability to engage business stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments and supporting finance-related enterprise applications.
• Exposure to governance, audit, risk, and compliance frameworks and understanding of M&A integration activities and application consolidation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation and reporting platforms.
• Additional certifications such as TOGAF, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, DevOps, or ITIL Practice Manager are advantageous.
