Media Search Analyst – Thai Speaker (Remote)

About the Role

This position offers flexibility to set your own schedule and complete tasks using an innovative web-based evaluation tool. This is a part-time, long-term project and work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories including music, video, books, podcasts and HomePod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content and conduct research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise together with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the Thai market.
• Complete tasks via the web-based evaluation tool and follow quality assurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.
• Resident in Thailand for the last 12 months with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs in Thailand.
• Email address associated with an active Apple ID and experience/know-how of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with trends in applications, music and video and a strong interest in internet research.
• Flexible to work across diverse task types, including news, audio tasks and relevance evaluations.
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer and relevant software.
• Independent worker with great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
• High School degree or higher preferred, but candidates with exceptional skills may be considered.

Assessment

• Open-book qualification exam and ID verification required to be hired into the program.
• Guidelines and learning materials provided before the exam; the exam must be completed within a specified timeframe at your convenience.
