Application Specialist

About the Role

We are currently hiring an Applications Specialist with a specialty in Billing, Revenue Cycle Management and Claims to be based out of our Bangkok office. This onsite, full-time role will play a lead role in the implementation of the TrakCare solution, providing application knowledge and product delivery services for product implementation, requirements scoping, field design documentation and change request testing. The Application Specialist will act as an SME for Billing/Healthcare RCM & Claims and advise customers on implementing the standard solution.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements to be addressed by the TrakCare application
• Implement the TrakCare application to suit customer business requirements following InterSystems methodologies and processes
• Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops as required
• Implement and control change management requests from clients and deliver successful application implementation phases
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare implementations and, if required, work with customers to identify potential changes within product parameters
• Perform other duties as directed by the Company from time to time

Qualifications

• General aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processes
• Background in Administrative and Billing RCM or general medical training is particularly valued
• Understanding and experience in implementation of product solutions; experience implementing HIS solutions is beneficial
• Understanding of computer systems, software development and deployment methodology, and computer networking
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight time constraints and to think laterally to develop innovative implementation solutions
• Proven ability to make independent recommendations and to work through problems with different customer groups achieving positive outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Thai and English language required
