Deputy General Manager – Thailand

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in formulating mid-to-long-term development strategy for the subsidiary and participate in business planning and goal breakdown.
• Take ownership of operational results in assigned areas and support overall operations.
• Lead or support ERP implementation and process optimization (examples: SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee) to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Support market development and expansion into local enterprises and Chinese companies going global; assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
• Build and develop a local team, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance local operational capabilities.
• Establish local operational mechanisms that comply with local labor laws and regulatory requirements; ensure ERP data and business processes remain legal and compliant.
• Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local team to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or related industries; 3+ years in team management.
• Experience in new market entry or building operations from scratch is preferred.
• Fluent English and Chinese (business level) required for communication with China headquarters and international stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (implementation, go-live, or daily management) such as SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee.
• Familiarity with Thailand's business environment and corporate decision-making processes is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to make independent decisions, accountability, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
