Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of PGP products through rigorous testing and compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, GMP)
• Lead and support a dynamic team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Perform advanced laboratory analysis, maintain critical equipment, and drive process optimization
• Champion Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture and contribute to sustainability initiatives
• Innovate with statistical tools and problem-solving techniques to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
• Experience: 2–5 years in major laboratory operations (preferably gases analysis)
• Strong technical skills in gas chromatography and analytical instruments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems
