Planner I, Production Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning activities on order - master scheduling, factory planning, and delivery commitment.
• Review, analyze and optimize forecast/ demand vs actual loading trend and overall capacity/ material planning.
• Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipment are on time.
• Driving production for shorter cycle time and On Time delivery performance to achieve/ exceed the goals of the company target and customer expectation.
• Drive continuous improvement project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 0 - 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions with business understanding
• Computer proficiency across Excel, Power Apps, Python, SQL, AI Agents
• Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and writing
