About the Role

• Drive and coordinate multiple IT and software development projects from initiation to delivery
• Contribute hands-on to application development and technical implementation
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, and automation processes
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to define solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations
• Support system enhancement and process automation initiatives
• Participate in API development and system integrations
• Monitor project progress, risks, and delivery timelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in Software Development and/or Project Management
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Interest or exposure to AI-assisted development tools and automation practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Technical Skills

• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience designing or consuming REST APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and AI/ML concepts
• Version control and collaborative development practices (Git)
