Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Consultants and Managers to conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations
• Interact with case teams and clients
• Draw insight and synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research
• Analyze and model discrete data sets
• Assist with creation of client-ready presentations
• Take on increasing autonomy and responsibility, including project management and client-facing tasks as experience grows
• Actively seek developmental opportunities, share knowledge, and act as a strong brand ambassador
• Build cooperative relationships, communicate effectively, and positively influence teams and stakeholders
• Understand disruptive trends and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• MBA qualification from a top-tier university with outstanding academic record
• 5 years and above relevant strategy consulting experience preferred but not mandatory (including in-house consulting or in-house strategy and transformation teams)
• Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
• Strong reasoning and verbal communication skills; ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
• Intellectually powerful and agile: curious, rigorous, and creative
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships, collaborate in teams, and balance inquiry and advocacy
• Comfortable working on complex, ambiguous issues and patient in the face of uncertainty
