You will serve as a Manager leading teams on multiple client engagements and proposals in Southeast Asia, focusing on valuation, financial modelling and decision support across the M&A lifecycle. You will support valuations and modelling for financial reporting, tax purposes and feasibility studies, and provide transaction structures for corporate actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver advisory projects across the merger & acquisition life cycle, with emphasis on value advisory, financial modelling and transaction decision support.
• Perform and oversee valuations and financial models for financial reporting, tax-related purposes and feasibility studies; critically review and validate client-developed models.
• Provide transaction structuring and strategic support for mergers, separations, divestitures and other corporate actions.
• Lead business development activities including pitching for engagements and responding to client requests; build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with other offering teams across disciplines and geographies to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop talent through an apprenticeship model to foster growth, skill-building and meaningful career paths.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a recognized local or international university.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CVA, ICAEW, ACCA, FMVA or CFM are highly regarded.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business valuation, M&A, investment banking, private equity, equity research or auditing, with proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects to completion.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including the ability to build robust models from scratch and critically review/validate client models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills with logical thinking and ability to simplify complex financial or strategic issues for senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to present strategic insights to boards and senior leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; a coachable team leader who prioritizes development, client service excellence and a growth mindset.
