AI Data Operations Specialist (Thai)

About the Role

Oversee and manage data annotation projects for Thai NLP/ASR language models, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards. Conduct model management, performance evaluation, and implement optimizations based on evaluation outcomes and data analysis to align with project and product objectives. Assess the capabilities and performance of robots, driving iterative upgrades to enhance robot products. Coordinate and manage overseas part-time teams to ensure consistent support for project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise data annotation projects for Thai NLP/ASR to meet quality and schedule targets
• Perform model management, run evaluations, analyze results and implement optimizations
• Assess robot performance and recommend iterative upgrades to improve product outcomes
• Manage and coordinate overseas part-time teams to ensure consistent project support
• Maintain documentation of processes, quality metrics and progress for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; experience in data annotation or data operations preferred
• Background in linguistics or computer science is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and Thai; candidates who know additional SEA languages preferred
• Prior project experience involving LLMs is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, patience, and excellent execution and organizational skills

Benefits

• Salary Range: 60K-100K THB, depending on experience
