Fraud Investigation (Contract)

About the Role

Work with the Security Operations Lead and relevant stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage security policies and processes, predict future occurrences to mitigate potential threats, and support security initiatives by identifying patterns and trends. Investigate suspected fraudulent actions and non-compliance issues, maintain case records, and support internal and external legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve cases involving suspected fraud and non-compliance by working collaboratively within and across teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document evidence to support internal actions and external legal processes.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage security policies and related processes.
• Identify patterns and trends from security and noncompliance reports and prepare presentations for relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate threats or issues to appropriate internal parties or law enforcement when needed.
• Manage assigned work streams or initiatives, set objectives, track progress, and deliver results.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Experience in fraud investigation or audit is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced data analysis capability.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
• Proficiency in Google G Suite and documentation/report writing.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
