About You:
- Proven leader of large, diverse teams in mission-critical IT environments with extensive data centre exposure in hyperscale environments
- Strong technical and business acumen across infrastructure, DC operations and growth mindset
- Skilled communicator, able to influence across functions and senior management
- Experience with hiring, mentoring, and developing managers and staff
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in complex, fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
