Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 or Level 3 AMS support between Business/Client IT, partnering systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS) team, performing in-depth production incident troubleshooting and resolving medium to complex incidents in line with contract SLAs.
• Identify and perform problem management to reduce recurring issues; present root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Lead high-level solution design discussions for medium to complex enhancements, perform effort estimations, and ensure end-to-end solutioning, build, test and deliver enhancements on schedule and with quality.
• Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with and adhere to all standard AMS processes and procedures.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance current processes within the organisation or client.
• Support project teams in delivery and implementation of solution applications, develop work products addressing clients' business needs, prepare presentation materials and documentation, and coordinate communications with clients.
• Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level team members and contribute to business development by supporting proposal, presentation and publication preparation.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years' experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP EPM and/or Embedded BOC.
• Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules to understand end-to-end business processes and derive test data/scenarios for testing.
• Basic technical debugging experience is an advantage.
• Certifications in relevant applications and/or ITIL or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE or Agile) are an advantage.
• Good command of English; ability to speak/write additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese) is an advantage.
• Ability to lead/facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes; proactive, resourceful and able to rally team members to deliver tasks on time.
• Flexibility to adopt new solutions/applications and ensure successful integration and support; willingness to work client hours and on rotation to support critical requests outside business hours; ability to travel or be placed at client sites if required.
