Project Manager (Aviation Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Information Technology (IT) projects for airports and aviation from project initiation through to final delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans (Scope, Timeline, Cost, Resources, and Risks) and monitor progress to ensure compliance with the plan and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and both internal and external teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Project Plans, Progress Reports, Risk Assessments, Issue Logs, and Acceptance Documents.
• Ensure project quality meets specifications, contractual obligations, and relevant industry standards.
• Support and facilitate the system Go-Live and project handover phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Background knowledge or experience in the airport and airline industry (e.g., Airport Operations, Airline Operations, Passenger Processing, Aviation Systems).
• A solid understanding of IT systems and System Integration will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a strong plus.
• Good command of both Thai and English with a TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent.
