About the Role

Digital Creative Asia is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to support an upcoming user experience research project with a global automotive client in Thailand. This is a freelance/project-based, onsite role based in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Translation and localization support for research materials
• Familiarization and preparation with the international research team
• Moderate in-person user testing during a 5-day fieldwork phase in Bangkok
• Support analysis, synthesis, and report development post-fieldwork
• Collaborate closely with the team during a 1-2 week reporting phase

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Thai and strong English communication and writing skills
• Experience moderating qualitative UX research interviews
• Comfortable facilitating user testing of digital design prototypes
• Able to contribute to analysis and reporting in English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in automotive, consumer technology, or digital product research preferred

Additional Information

• Project structure: preparation and translation phase; 5 days on-site fieldwork in Thailand; 1-2 weeks collaborative analysis and reporting
• Freelance / project-based contract, onsite in Bangkok
